Seventy years old Manglesh Dabral was admitted in Le Crest private Hospital six days ago after he was diagnosed with Covid 19 and pneumonia in lungs facing problem in respiration etc. The Coronavirus infection further worsened his heath with pneumonia attacking him, leading to his critical health condition.
His daughter was alone at Le Crest hospital, Vasundhara, looking after her ailing father in ICU in critical stage with her elder brother also in fewer at Gurugram. The family is indeed facing troubled times with financial pressure too, as the treatment in the hospital is exorbitant n expensive.
After the news broke out about Mangalesh’s critical health (etrending news having taken the lead as it’s duty) his friends, well wishers n philanthropic people came forward to help the ailing progressive intellectual.
The family got quite a relief during troubled times. There had been appeals in social media to come to the rescue of the Sahitya Academy Awards’ winner n prominent Hindi writer n poet Mangalesh Dabral from cross section of the people, especially from Uttarakhand from where he primarily belongs.
The Rajya Sabha MP Anil Baluni too had spoken to the district magistrate of Ghaziabad etc requesting him to take due care of the ailing writer n poet and was assured of all possible help. We sincerely and from the bottom of our hearts, pray n hope that he comes out safely battling this dreaded disease.
